'a light pour' was installed on the Yarra River as one of three ‘Floating Water Palaces’ during the . ‘a light pour’ comprised one hundered thirty optical fibres hung from a single illuminated cloud enclosed in a barge floating on the Yarra River. A cascade of light is created by crimping the fibres. A rain storm of light floats indoors on the river.
